I took the previous geometry I created for the surface and extruded it along a path based on the movement of the ball in my animation video.  Doing this certainly created some very interesting geometries.

  1. The second image shows a lot of potential as a system the can blend different types of geometries. The large ribs transition nicely into a skin.

    1. I appreciate the iterative sequence that occurred in your study of the dynamism of the geometry. As i understand it, the previous 'wall' model has been manipulated along the path of the ball in the animation sequence. How then does the movement of the camera influence the surface geometry?
